Impossible to change personal details
Can Discovery please tell me how I can change my personal details? Discovery said that it important for them to have to correct information, yet it's impossible to change it. If you want to change your cell phone number, an OTP gets sent to your OLD number! How am I supposed to change it?! It does not even give the option for the OTP to be sent to my email address...that would make more sense, right.
WHY is it so difficult to change personal information...I don't get it. When I log into my Discovery Bank App, the number appears correctly there, but not on the Discovery Heatly App. If I want to use my Discovery Miles, the OTP gets sent to my OLD number, which I cannot access.
Please assist...it's beyond frustrating!

Thank you for contacting me yesterday. It was a pleasure chatting to you. My details have been updated, however, the OTP is still being sent to my OLD cell phone number. I have no idea how and why it is still happening. Anyway, as discussed yesterday, I will wait for the Discovery Miles Team to contact me. Hopefully it gets sorted out soonest.
