Impossible for Discovery to correct cell number to receive OTP

I called numerous times in past week. I just started with my medical aid and Vitality with Discovery.

Someone captured my cell number under OTP incorrectly and thus I am unable to access your system at all.

And it seems there is no one able to fix this problem, which should take approximately 3mins.

If this is the way Discovery operates, you have no hope to run a bank as everything hinge on effective service in banking!
