Immoral, ********* and possibly ******* action

I refer to the email received below.

It has come to my attention that the company's account, through which medical aid contributions are paid, was low balance on 2 December therefore debit order could not go through.

I have ascertained that the premium will be paid on SATURDAY, 7 November.

My questions, from a legal perspective:

1. 'Temporary suspension of benefits' What does this mean?

2. Temporary suspension of benefits. I believe this to be an ******* practice on your part. Please comment.

3. Kindly show us the agreement where Discovery can simply cut off benefits after a premium payment being just 4 days late.

4. If one of the insured should now be involved in a motor car accident, does this mean that admission to hospital will be refused?

5. Your action may not be *******, but I believe it to be *********. Your comments please.

Your Discovery Health Medical Scheme benefits were stopped. (4 DAYS AFTER EFT FAILED!!)

We have temporarily stopped your Discovery Health Medical Scheme benefits because you have an outstanding contribution. We will activate your benefits again when you pay the outstanding amount of R***x.00 in full.

Please pay your outstanding membership contribution within 14 days from the date of this letter. If payment is not received, it could result in your membership being cancelled.

Reviewer Update
So today I get a EMAIL reply from Discovery.
An exact repeat of their original email telling me our benefits (as in cover?) has been suspended.
They DID NOT even show the courtesy of reading my original email, just send another 'closest fit' email. If anyone has shares in this morally bankrupt company, I recommend you SELL them. Companies that go this way eventually end up on the s****heap.
Anyhow this was my 'request to escalate my original complaint:

Dear Discovery HEALTH
It is just plain that you totally ignored the questions in my email. Please advise if this is a Discovery system incompetence or are you being deliberately obtuse.
I am disgusted that you pay me ZERO respect, having been a corporate member since year 2001. You don't even bother to read through my email.
I am giving you 48 HOURS to reply to the questions posed in my email, failing which I am launching a major social media campaign to expose the tactics of your organisation. You can also expect a call from a talk radio station to explain yourselves.
Thanking you
