immediate resolution
absolutely amazing service.....Mitchell went over and above the call of duty....i explained my query and the urgency thereof....before completion of my call, he had sent an email through to me. Mithcell obtained all the necessary authority from his superiors without once indicating that he would get back to me at a later stage....he resolved my query immediately....thanks a mil!!!
