Immediate rejection of application ref ***

<p>I have a serious back condition which I have been treating for over 2 years with the help of physio. When I reach my benefit limit I am asked to apply for additional sessions. I have ever done this twice before and have been successful. I changed my physiothe****** as I was unhappy with the last and Discovery has now rejected my application almost immediately. This was done without any valid reason. You can quite clearly see the condition I have been treating to try and avoid surgery. My application was not carefully considered and nor was any interaction done with me one on one so I can understand what information is required so I can get additional BENEFICIAL physio sessions to avoid emergency surgery . </p>
