It's getting in the 3rd month I have been waiting on my medical aid card can't do anything I was sick few days ago I had to go to the Dr using cash bt I pay for medical aid every month . I asked them last month 2or 3 weeks bfr month ends they said I must wait it usually takes 6weeks and the 6 weeks had past already now we reaching 3months I don't have the medical aid I'm paying for . Now new thing I call them I get to hold the call for 3hrs without an answer as we speak it's been 1hr and 10mnts on a call no 1 is picking it up
