Illogical and lies!

Discovery Vitality and Device booster - There are unclear rules, lack of procedure and outright illogical unfairness being app****! I purchased a device which turned out to be incorrect for my needs. I DID not activate device booster for this device. In the meantime, I researched different products, activated device booster and purchased a new Garmin. This device was activated and booster correctly. I then returned the first product (which I had never boosted anyway) and Discovery then cancelled by booster, insisting that I have returned the device that I have boosted. This is ridiculous. The purchases and returns all have unique transaction numbers and dates and times and can be traced to see that they are different purchases, however they insist that they are cancelling my booster as I have returned the product. The product I returned was however the first purchase which was never boosted in anycase!
