Ignored by Discovery

My dad was in hospital and had to have an emergency procedure due to bleeding. The anaesthesiologist was not paid in full even though it was an emergency procedure and an associated hospital was used. All email communications have been ignored. An email sent to the principal officer in September has also received no response whatsoever. This is in addition to other emails and queries and is absolutely ridiculous! ousy service and communication
