******** behaviour from Discovery

I was awarded compensation from Discovery Hwalth by CCMA for unfair dismissal. Apart from compensation, their IR 'Manager' Tebogo Goodman promised a letter of service which reflected my combined service to them of 7 years. Now that my case is over, him and his manager Zaid Margoes are ignoring my request for the correct document. I have requested this weeks ago and received payment already but not the correct document reflecting my 7 years of service. It was horrible enough working at a place that treated me unfairly and displayed pathetic behaviour toward me, yet now they ignore my request for something so simple? I would love to wash my hands off them for good but my request falls on deaf ears even though I was promised this document while the commissioner was present. Absolutely ********* behaviour ....from a company that prides itself on 'values' and it's 'people'. What a joke.
