Ignorance of members health problems

I hereby request urgent assistance as Discovery does not want to pay life-threatening medicine. The surcharge is huge and just a small portion gets paid by Discovery. I tried generic medicine several times, but the side effects were so bad that the doctor sent a letter to Dischem to never replace the Irbewin 300 as the side effects of all the others we tried made me very sick. I even started to just take half of the prescribed volume just to save on the expensive medication. If I leave this medication as it is unaffordable, it will cost the medical aid much more if I get a stroke. I want to understand why they insist that I use generic if it does not work with me. I went through this same exercise with them last year. On the end of the year, they agreed to pay the medicine in full. Now, in a new year, they suddenly charge me again! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE PEOPLE AT DISCOVERY??? They just don't give a damn and only want to collect premiums. They say they don't worry about hellolopeter.com because there are complaints of other service providers as well. How ARROGANT?
