Ignorance

I have logged a complain regards the billing with chronic department, the account has been outstanding since March, they've asked for doctor's report for assessing and I did that numerous times but they ignoring me while I'm being threatened with blacklist on my name.

Such ignorance and been submitting since August without a call or feedback
