if you want stress,terrible service and more debts in life take discovery policies

I have a medical aid with discovery and their service is terrible I was admitted in hospital in June 2017 and till today my claim was not paid. firstly they paid my claim and then reversed the claim without my concern I only knew that I owe the hospital when the hospital contacted me and I called discovery and they said they need a letter from the doctor which the doctor gave me and I sent to them and once they have the motivation letter the reason changed it is no longer motivatin letter from the doctor its an exclusion from my medical ain while on their documents it says in hospital cover its unlimited then when dispute that they said they will review the claim again. and now the reason changes again the motivation letter does not states enough reasons why I was kept on the isolation room for 5 days that's why they are declining my claim. so it takes them 8 months to give me valid feedback while I pay them each and every month. I wont recommend discovery to anyone every consultant you get on the phone tells you a different story they keep you on hold for a long time telling you let me confirm with my manager . I have to call them always to ask for feedback they hardly call me.
