If you want a claim paid - Discovery medical aid is not the answer!!!

Submitted a claim on 22 Jan 2024 for physio claim - had to follow up multiple times before they said the codes was wrong on the invoice. Resubmitted the new invoice multiple times after they told us what to fix - last one 22 Feb 2024 and no payout yet.

Followed up 4 March 2024 to understand what is going on and way the delay where I was told claim was received and nothing looks wrong, but claim was not processed yet. Customer service (Deschica) told me she will phone me back in 2-3 days, but again no feedback

Followed up today, 12 March 2024 again where I was told it is under investigation still - how long can a claim take to investigate?

If you want your claims paid - Discovery is definitely not the medical aid to go! Poor service and a mission just to get a claim paid even if you pay your instalments on time.
