If you need a good Medical Aid please don't go with Discovery

If ever you want **** service, sign up with Discovery health. This medical Aid was only taken because my child would actually need it because of her health conditions. We were given a 1 year waiting period before the policy could be active but obviously made a payment every month. Discovery health did not debit in December and tried to double debit it January and we did not have money in our accounts for a double debit. They asked we pay the R5k + and the policy will be active only to receive another message two months later that they require R400.00 more, even though it is evidently ****, we paid it. Now in May they requested my childs discharge letter and they have told they declined her declaration of health and they want us to restart the policy to go through another year of a waiting period.... What the hell is this??????????????
