Id like to complain about Discovery medical department

Id like to complain about Discovery medical department. Ive been waiting for over 40 min on a call for a claim I have submitted in November , no updates only reference numbers which is also no use when you do get through to the call centre , You guys have been milking me for 7 years and I need you once , and this is the type of service Im getting , this is such a shame to see how your type of business works , I feel for the people taking other inurance with you , this is a disgrace , and apparently after 4 months you wont be able to enquire about a claim you wanted to submit ??? Is this the way Discovery is being profitable? cause its seems like it
