ICD 10 Code

I was told by Discovery that I have a maternity benefit of R5000 ,and this benefit is only accessible with and ICD 10 code from the doctor.I have a script that has the ICD 10 code, however when I got to the pharmacy they said that the claim was rejected by discovery.I sent an email to you and received to responses stating that someone tried contacting me.The only response I got was via email.Why am I asked for this is code but even though I have it I cannot access the benefit???
