Dealing with Discovery has been a daunting task to try and add my newly wedded wife to my medical aid. 2 moths later she was rushed to the hospital at 1am due to a suspected appendix problem. The hospital struggled to get the authorisation to which I then called and spoke to Shailen Govender. He could hear my concern and frustration with the situation but with his professionalism and calm tone he explained everything to me. He assisted over and above that which is expected and arranged the authorisation. It did not end here. He followed up later to confirm if all is in order and provided all details I might need.
