I wonder if this is ***** or just simple theftfrom old people? /
Far too many promises, followed by excuses. Once they've got your money, you're done for.... they really don't care less. I now need to find out who to speak to who will actually do something, or I will be forced to part ways with this uselessness.

05 Sept 2024, 02:06Discovery 's response to my query just makes me more concerned. They try to give me the impression that they are doctors. I have been seeing one of the top cardiologists in South Africa since I suffered heart failure 2 years ago. Discovery 's staff don't deem it necessary to upgrade my chronic medication as recommendended by the cardiologist.... And to top it off, when I broke a tooth, they told me that I must just go to the dentist and pay for it.... Not taking into account that I am on powerfull blood thinners for my heart condition, and there would be a serious risk.
My opinion of Discovery is getting worse every time speak to them. They don't care who they con money out of, as long as you're paying, they're happy. Don't expect a service in return.
