I Will Take My Money Elsewhere, Thank You

Having been a client for 18 years, I know they used to be good, but they've gone down the toilet with their condescenscion, arrogance, and incompetence.

Their developers’ *****ing up of functionality on the LIVE app and website has real-life consequences for real people—it costs time and money to accommodate their ineptitude. "We apologise for the inconvenience" doesn't cut it anymore, and it doesn't replace your expended resources. Then, after repeated disappointments and inconveniences, when you lose your s*** with them (and you will lose it, the way they treat customers PAYING for a service that can't be delivered), they are more concerned with policing your written "vulgar language" or they will refuse to interact (further provoking the customer's outrage), rather than Customer Service 101: Solve the problem and turn the situation around (turn that frown upside-down, as it is said). They still have not resolved the initial query, cannot answer a simple question, cannot understand logic or simple math (or can't be bothered) when their Vitality Points accounting failure is explained to them.

I have instructed my company to terminate all of my Discovery Health and Vitality products in December as soon as the option is available—I am switching. If you can't handle it when I lose my s*** because you are unable to meet your promised obligations, you also may not have my money that you gleefully accept every month.
