I want my money back

They added my teenage daughter as an adult although I have had them on my policy with discovery before. They then sent me an updated medical aid certificate but still proceeded to charge me an adult rate for my daughter.

I had to borrow money to transport my child to school due to this error as they took more than 1500 extra from my salary . Now I'm being given the rub around with something I wa assured wouldn't happen. What will happen with me and my daughter this month as she's home since I didn't even pay her fees due to this.

You addressed nothing on that email. Hiw are you asking me to talk to my hr about money that's in your bank account. You have my account details , can I please get my refund. I am struggling with mental health issues and have been doing nothing but fighting for chronic medication and my money with you.

I was discharged 2 weeks ago from hospital and still unstable. I want to put this here on public space so that if anything happens to me my family knows who to hold accountable. Because you guys have left me with no other option. You even took money I could use to go see a doctor
