i was called by one of the consultant i got the name i cant say it now he introduce me to vitality ,i said i dont want that thing as i am payingmuch more on my medical i cant afford ,he insisted its 3 months free i said no,i even have a email from there saying my vitality is active after 10 minutes email comes in saying i have cancelled,i relaxed knwing i dont owe anything last month september i was billed R232.OO i then called to find out they said i have agreed i query this and i wanted for my refund today i called they take me up and down and i didnt accept vitality i even dont know how to use vitality ,how can i take vitality plus medical that i pay over 3000 from my 9000 rand salary how will i survive,sometimes call centre agents take advantage of us to be honest and i really want my money like now
