I've never heard so many excuses...

Ive never had more rude service, disguised with big words and excuses. I've literally had the run around from Discovery over the past 2.5 weeks, with regards to my special claim and have even had to go as far as make the calls to the hospital myself. No recollection of my calls, even with a ref number. Different excuses handed over each time. I just want my claim put through and god forbid I get told another '2 to 3 working days'
