I regret joining Discovery Flexicare WARNING!!!

Discovery Flexicare is a disaster! I keep warning people that I interact with to stay away from them. This is not a joke. I did virtual consultation with one of their network clinic, Intercare, in the morning of 27-05-2025 and Dr Zara Ramoo referred me for physical consultation.

As usual, Discovery refused to pay for my physical consultation even though I followed the correct procedure of having referral from the virtual consultation!!

I'm still warning anyone not to fall for their fancy and misleading adverti*****ts. When you become ill and need to see a doctor, you are going to pay out of your own pocket even though your monthly contributions are up to date. Go read the sad comments about them on other social media platforms!!
