I pay for my medical aid but receive no payments for claims made and terrible service

<p>I sent the below invoice on the 25 May 2017 for a claim to be paid and received the following reference number ********** 897,<br />A month later I called to find out the reason i have not been paid and was given the following reference number ********** 474.<br />I have still not receoved payment, called into the call center, spoke to Nelly and was given Yet another reference number ********** 204.</p> <p>I was told I would receive payment on the 27 June 2017 by the latest.<br />It is now the 29th and have still not received my payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can Discovery please start running a decent medical aid wthout priorotising their Invest and Vitality portfolios. </p>
