I paid but could not use paid for service refuse to refund

I payed them but I cannot use there services. They refuse to refund. They suspended a paid account. Could not take my sick son to the doctor. It was suspended for 15 days after immediate payment. I had to complain on Facebook before they activated it. I would not trust this company that takes money and offer no service has been with them for 10 years when you need them nothing they took my MOney but no service. Then they still call me privat le to say that it's OK if we don't refund you have medical aid now. But it was paid when I needed it I couldn't use. How pathetic. Please take a not of this before choosing discovery. There admin does not respond via email . Only Facebook.
