I need authorization number not a reference and all should be covered under hospital auth..

We've been on this medical aid at least 25 years, but every time I need authorization for any maxillofacial procedure I have an issue getting authorization. I cannot be admitted into a hospital with a reference number. And also I cannot use my whole MSA for a procedure. Our contribution to Discovery over the past 25 plus years have been so much more than that, right until I need a procedure done
