I NEED AUTH URGENTLY, BUT BECAUSE OF MY PLAN THEY CAN'T HELP???
I NEED TO GO AND SEE MY NEPHROLOGIST BECAUSE THERE IS BLOOD AND PROTEIN IN MY URINE, I NEED EMERGANCY AUTHORISATION PLEASE SO THAT I CAN DO MY BLOOD TESTS TODAY AFTER WORK AND SEE MY NEPHROLOGIST AGAIN.
I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO AVOID THIS ESCALATING AGAIN LIKE THE LAST TIME.
COULD YOU PLEASE EXPIDITE THE AUTHORISATION REQUEST?
CELESTE ADVISED THAT BECAUSE OF THE PLAN I HAVE CHOSEN THEY CANT ASSIST SOONER THEN THE TURN AROUND TIME - SO BASICALLY BECAUSE I CANT AFFORD A BETTER PLAN MY HEALTH IS NOT A PRIORITY???
WHY MUST I STRUGGLE LIKE THIS?
