I need assistance!

I was recently diagnosed with a cyst in my left temporal lobe of my brain and when I submitted all the relevant documents after 3 weeks of wait the medical aid withdrew my membership due to “non disclosure” even though this was not the case. Not only are they putting my life at risk they’re also putting my husband and twin daughters at risk as well! They even withdrew their memberships and billed us for the huge amount they supposedly paid to the hospital when my babies were admitted! They have absolutely no regard for people and I am taking this further because this is not right😡.
