I have been waiting for more than a month now waiting for my medical aid card

i have waited for a very long time now and i have even lost interest in you medical aid ,i have been waiting and no one has bothered to call me and they have been telling me their turn around time is two to three working days i have lost patience Discovery is just a night i dont wish some one to go through what i went through this company is unreliable,

Can you people believe this Discovery is very inconsistent i just called their call center ie ********** 877 and the lady i spoke to told me that my package has been posted to postal address which is not what i opted for people please make sure you think twice before doing business with discovery they are a very bad company when it come to customer care the lady i just spoke to ten minutes ago isnt sure of what she telling me this is bull**** i need feedback right away .
