I HAVE BEEN GHOSTED!
Discovery Health, I am still waiting for the call recordings they promised to send me and I have been requesting and requesting for them for months now and instead they have ghosted me. No response, nothing!
My baby is 6 months old and still not covered "immediately" like they said because it was story after story. I really don't know what I would should she get sick. I claim to have a medical aid that's not even helping me.
They said the doctor's co-payment is R50 but I paid R110.
I have been ghosted...
