I had it with this medical aid
I've been on this medical aid from Feb 2015 but everytime when i need an auth number for a specialist or something then they tell me my medical aid is still new they can not help me with an auth number but i'm not on a waiting period. And after a few days i will receive a sms saying my auth has been declined so please tell me when will i be able to use my medical?
