I had an outstanding balance on my canceled medical aid which I paid in full in December last year but forgot too add my reference number, called them spent so much money on airtime just for them to not assist me, the 4th person I spoke to gave me an email address to which I could send the POP and nothing has happened since. I need to apply for medical aid again for my son's medical issues and they holding me back. They've since handed me over to two different attorneys I've emailed them the POP and still no feedback
