I had an issue with a claim that was rejected by my medical aid. Without, going into too much detail, this morning I called Discovery to look into the reason for the rejection of my claim. I had the privilege to deal with, Clarissa Narainsamy. This kind lady, really went out of her way to get my query resolved. She had to double check a number of system issues and kept me in the loop, the whole time while doing this. Clarissa, thank you so much for your professionalism and friendly demeanor!
