I feel cheated!!!!!!

Good morning<br> <br> I have honestly had it with medical aides. we need them but all they do is cheat us out of the money we pay every month.<br> I had a dentist app in december but discovery wont pay for it because i went in July but if i read Key care plus forms it states i have unlimited dentist appointments. and my friend said she has gone three times in two months and hers was paid for. So i pay every month and now your cheating me out of my own contract..<br> I like how you get out of it because of all the fine print which no one sees or hears about till you want to claim.<br> You are *****ing me money and giving me NOTHING in return.<br> I then asked for a call back because calling discovery and waiting for 30 minutes or more is a waist of time and will anger me even more, and yet no one has called me back even though i received an email on saturday saying they would call me in one working day.... im still waiting... I would like to cancel my vitality because you lifting your prices and once again we getting nothing more in return for the increase in prices, has left me to cancel my vitality as i cant afford it.<br> Honestly, there is no more customer happiness in this country.. everything is money!!
