I do not understand!! What is happening??
May I please get clarity has to why my son’s dental treatment that was done in hospital last year on the 12/12/2025 is being paid out from my medical aid savings of 2026 and not from the in hospital benefit. Does Classic Smart Plan not cover dental treatment done in hospital for 2 year old? Why it is being paid from my medical savings of the plan (Essential smart saver) that I recently changed to this year in 2026 however the treatment was done last year in 2025?
