I could LOSE MY LIFE while Discovery finds ways to repudiate my claim

I could lose my life while discovery finds ways of repudiating my Prescribed Minimum Benefits.

I was admitted into hospital in a critical condition and required further treatment afterwards. My Family was tasked with obtaining multiple reports from doctors and providing proof that my claim is valid. Discovery decided to reject my claim, all this time my family is going through hell waiting for the worst to happen as my conditioning is deteriorating.

THIS IS A PRESCRIBED MINIMUM BENEFIT that i am being denied. The reason was a previous condition that WAS disclosed, Discovery then decided to add further previous conditions of their own accord on the policy. THE PREVIOUS CONDITION HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY CURRENT CONDITION and i see no reason to not honour the PMB.

The Call Center has been pathetic and after we said that we will cancel the policy they canceled it immediately and then still informed us that we will need to pay 2 premiums while not being covered.

We have not claimed from the policy since inception and it would appear that Discovery Health cares more about money than people.

I would Caution anyone from obtaining "cover" from this company
