I cant believe that R1700 once a year for a necessary procedure is to much for Discovery to pay

I wrote about Discovery that does not want to pay for a procedure that I must go for at least once a year after having a stroke, they rep**** and send me forms for the doctor to complete BUT we had the same result, they don't want to pay for the procedure. This is a procedure with a cost of R1700 once a year that the doctor has to do to make sure the Blood clot that is in my neck is still sitting where it sits and that the other vein that must do all the work now because of the blocked vein is still open. I had my own business but because of the stroke I could not function as previously and struggle just to keep on paying for my medical aid and cant believe that Discovery are not prepared to pay for a necessary procedure of R1700 once a year, I think its time I look at other medical aids for me and my wife and daughter
