I CANNOT CANCEL MY MEDICAL AID!!!!!

I phoned Discovery to cancel my medical aid. Due to the ridiculous amount Discovery Health is asking we had to look for a better affordable option and luckily my wife works for another medical institute where she can get medical aid for half of the amount. When I asked for discovery to please give me my cancellation letter etc they said they can only give it to me after two unpaid months. My account is suspended as we were looking for an alternative. After i contacted them and explained that the payment won't go off they said it was to late to make a arrangement. Is it about the R 11 000 + that is still in the savings account and they want to have it?? Get real discovery. I cannot believe you don't want me to cancel.
