I can't reach anyone

I m trying to call the call centre and hold and hold and hold and no one answers. I email and no response. I am getting emails saying I have rights to access peoples medical history (4 emails for different people) I have no idea what this is for or if other people have rights to my medical history. My employer has also not requested this and we don't have the people noted on the email even working here. Please call me and sort this out.
