I want to know what it going on with my medical aid plan. How is it possible that i have to sit with this every month????? AND ITS ALWAYS A FAULT ON YOUR SIDE!!!!

Again this month i have to fight and complain every day about your terrible service and your *********** staff!

A Discovery representative named Damien called me about my Hello Peter complaint and said they realise that the problem was on Discovery’s side. Apparently i had to put in Mediposts details at the Healthcare professional section. This is the first time they have ever asked me this in 2 years.

Now i am waiting for any kind of response???? I have to order my Chronic Meds???
