I Am so tired

Went to Shoprite pharmacy this morning at 8 to get my cholestrol chronic medicine then they say medical only pay R12.00 i must pay in the rest so i said fine leave it i do not have money to pay in i am on costal savings my medical aid is R1400 and my work R1400 so +- R2800 a month for medical aid, why must i pay in then? Someone did phone me today, twice she ask me if se can also say something and then she spoke almost for half an hour by herself, it is not only the cholestrol pills it happen to the other chronic medicine as well i must pay for I do have 5 chronic medicines why must i now fill in the form and take it to the doctor, were the doctor then not suppose to do that, the lady who phoned me said you wont get one medical aid who will pay for everything, now i know you cant cover 5 chronic medicines. The main thing here is you do not care about your customers, you do not care about your customets health and that is the bottom line.

I went back today 22 May 2022 the still say i need to pay in for my cholestrol pills everytime it is a different pill how is it possible? Do you use people"s saving to pay for there chroniv medicone? It is a week now that i am without the pill why all of the sudden now you say the doctor did not put it trough as chronic medicine?😡😡😡

The same story 29 July 2023 and now the pharmacy say discovery is only going to pay for my high blood pressure pill, and not the res of my chronic medicyne here we go again same story different year.

I did ask my doctor he say all my 6 months prescription medicyne is suppose to go through as chronic medicyne i saw the doctor only 3 times and i must pay for that as well what are the paying for then??? I must also pay i for bliod test.
