I am sick of Discoverys Disgusting service

On the 25th of May 2015 I spoke to Lita Lethu regarding a scan my doctor advised me on and according to her my scan would be covered! After I went for the scan and tried to claim my money they said that the scan is not covered! I then Spoke to Nazreen Bosch who made promises to sort it out, listen to the previous call and get back to me? Yess no one came back to me at all! After 2 weeks I phoned in again and got the same thing of listening to the call and get back to me regarding my claim! After I spoke to the following consultants
