29 March I submit a claim , no feedback , if I never called Discovery I would have never known that the claim was rejected because it was unclear ? unclear my f @55man that thing was clear, I resubmit , then gets rejected and yet again no phone call, rejected no procedure code, get a new statement from the doctor , resubmit rejected again no procedure code, again no feedback , call again , Doctor submits claim gets paid ???? wdf explain that to me I paid the exact same doctor R5813 to remove the bracers instead of them claiming it from my medical aid , YOu are nothing but a glorified hospital plan , a complete waste of my f money , I should move to another medical aid Discovery is absolutely useless , O and how I caught you out In January *****ing my medical savings when I was admitted to hospital , and you claimed my x rays from my saving you are ******* , low life **** , I hate Discovery if I wasn't forces by my employer to be with you i would never personally move to discovery OMG you are useless
