I am extremely hurt from the toxic relationship I have with discovery

Discovery declines Gynae authorisation based on a stupid survey they sent me asking me to rate a dentist and the HIV GP? What does seeing a Dentist has to do with me cramping and having irregular bleeding throughout the month? What bull**** is that? The survey mainly asked me about my visits to a dentist and the routine bloods I recently done with the Gp. Why not send a direct survey asking why does the Dr thinks I must see a Gynae????????

March 2023 y’all also declined claim when I was a life threatening emergency and rushed to the nearest hospital because I could’ve died, Discovery refused to cover the claim. Basically I should’ve drove 27KM to a network hospital when I could not even breath to begin with.

Here we are again , basically I must bleeding till I faint for them to grant authorisation for me to get further medical attention yet there isn’t time I miss the premium.

I’ve also received a notification that the claim amount for my meds will be dropping meaning I have to change to a less cost effective subscription, how is that so when premiums are increasing instead? Don’t premiums get increased to keep up with inflation????
