I am desperately trying to get chronic medicines approved. I spoke with the call centre, who said that they will email the relevant forms. It has been hours and I haven't received anything. Getting through to the call centre to eventually speak to a real person is a nightmare on its own. Yet, theirs is the first debit order to go off my account every month
