I AM BEYOND LIVID

i am at a point where i want to scream like i have explained my son is chronic and he needs to be on a medical aid my employer huntrex have already cancelled my medical aid, i will be paying for my son to be the main member and on the medical aid, i am so ****ed & livid because i am not getting any service from discovery the continuous back and fort is making me craze, please please can i get some assistance regarding this mater
