Huge ******* in the medical scheme market

I am shocked with such a big company like this!

I have joined them 4 months ago. I have been waiting for my medical aid card to be delivered to me all this time only to find out that they have sent it to the wrong address!

Now they are saying that they cannot do a courier. Plus they do not have sympathy for the wrong they have done.

You guys are rogues! I told the Agent Jane I want to leave their services and she said it's fine i can leave.

Discovery you guys stink! Is this something that you guys teach your agents to do ? I am disgusted that I joined such a terrible company!

With immediate effect my wife and I will action leaving this company and we will spread the word to the rest of our families.

My card that was sent to the wrong address could be used *****ulently. But you guys don't care because it's the service you'll claim to render !
