Huge amount of money taken off by debit order
Discovery took off R12 398 from my account, my normal debit order is just over R4000 per month for a hospital plan. I phoned them and now they want bank statements from me? My account has never been in arrears and I am up to date with my payments. As this is a hospital plan, and we have not even been to hospital, how can they take off this amount of money without an explanation?
