How ridiculous is this?!

<p>After loding a complaint about Discovery giving my name through to SSDA because according to them I dont pay. Whilst I AM paying monthly. Thus far NO ONE from Discovery Debt Department had bothered to send me THEIR bank details, so im paying it into the Discovery account they sent me months ago. Nevertheless today I got this email, adressed to me and its not even me!!
