How much is a life worth

Just a quick question. What is the point of having a hospital plan. I went to the emergency rooms with a bad stomach infection and blood pressure of 177/102 which is very high. 2 hours on a drip and I get sent home, so not only now do I have to pay for the Dr, meds etc I still have blood pressure of 177. Is this not concerning. Is it cheaper to have a heart attack that to be just booked in to hospital. My levels don't warrant admission, so go home. Save a few bucks but not worried about people
